alanodt6 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "alanodt6", "we", "us", or "the Company" refers to the operator of the alanodt6 gaming platform accessible at alanodt6.pro.
• "Platform" means the alanodt6 website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated services, games, and betting markets made available to registered users.
• "Player", "you", or "User" means any individual who registers an account on the alanodt6 Platform.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the alanodt6 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in a Player's alanodt6 Account at any given time, inclusive of deposited funds and credited bonuses where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus PKR amounts credited to a Player's Account by alanodt6 under any promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "EasyPaisa" and "JazzCash" refer to the respective Pakistani mobile wallet services operated by Telenor Microfinance Bank and Jazz/VEON Pakistan, which are supported payment methods on the alanodt6 Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under our licensing obligations before a Player may withdraw funds.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory from which access to the alanodt6 Platform is restricted under applicable law or our licensing terms.

Access to and use of the alanodt6 Platform is strictly conditional on the following eligibility requirements being met in full at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification.
• Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
• You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, any Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of placing wagers or accessing the Platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of alanodt6 or any affiliated company, third-party game provider, or software supplier connected to the Platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

By completing registration on alanodt6, you represent and warrant that all of the above eligibility conditions are satisfied. alanodt6 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other identity documents as required for KYC compliance.

Your alanodt6 Account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. alanodt6 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

• You must notify alanodt6 Support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• You must not share your Account login details with any other person or allow any third party to access your Account on your behalf.
• alanodt6 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where there is evidence of unauthorised access, suspicious activity, or potential breach of these Terms pending investigation.
• Account closure requests must be submitted in writing to our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following successful KYC verification.

alanodt6 processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We do not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and there are no currency conversion fees on any transaction. Supported payment methods include EasyPaisa, JazzCash, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank.

• Minimum Deposit: Rs 500 per transaction across all supported payment methods.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Rs 1,000 per transaction. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• EasyPaisa & JazzCash: Deposits credit your Account within 60 seconds under normal network conditions. Withdrawal disbursements to mobile wallets are processed within minutes of approval.
• Bank Transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank): Deposits are credited within 1–3 hours. Withdrawal processing to bank accounts typically completes within 1–3 business hours following KYC clearance.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in funds being held pending investigation.
• alanodt6 does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile network operator or bank may apply their own charges — these are outside alanodt6's control.
• Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Players who have not completed identity verification may be restricted from withdrawing funds until the verification process is successfully finalised.

alanodt6 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be published on the relevant promotional page at the time the offer is made. The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• Standard wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement must generate Rs 30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is achieved.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting typically contributes 100%; certain slot games may contribute between 10% and 100%; live casino games and table games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Full contribution tables are published on each promotion's individual terms page.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the specific promotion explicitly permits otherwise.
• alanodt6 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that existing qualifying wagers placed before any modification are honoured under the original terms.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, exploiting promotional terms through coordinated play, or creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once — will result in forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and may result in permanent account suspension.

All games and betting markets on the alanodt6 Platform are governed by individual game rules that are accessible from within each game interface or betting market. By placing any wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game-specific rules. The following general rules apply across all gaming and betting activity:

• Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn by the Player.
• In the event of a technical fault or system error that results in a game or wager being voided, alanodt6 will refund the staked amount to the Player's Account. No additional compensation will be payable.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL, international T20Is, ODIs, and Test matches — are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant cricket governing body (PCB, ICC). Abandoned matches are settled as void unless a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern result has been officially declared.
• alanodt6 reserves the right to void any wager where it is determined that the bet was placed after the relevant event outcome was already known — for example, in cases of delayed live data feeds.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games. Current limits are displayed within each game or market interface and may be adjusted by alanodt6 at any time.
• All RNG (Random Number Generator) casino games on alanodt6 are certified by independent testing laboratories. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available in the game information panels.

alanodt6 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices across our entire platform. We firmly believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a financial strategy or a means of relieving stress or financial pressure. • Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps on your Account from the responsible gaming section of your profile settings.

• Reality Checks: Regular on-screen notifications displaying your net win/loss position during an active session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary exclusion (minimum 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform at any time by contacting [email protected]. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be suspended and you will be unable to make deposits or wagers.
• Account Cooling-Off: A shorter 24-hour to 7-day account pause option for Players who want a brief break without committing to full self-exclusion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the alanodt6 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place wagers, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing wagers with inside knowledge of a predetermined sporting outcome.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process funds derived from criminal activity. All suspicious financial activity is reported to relevant authorities in compliance with our licensing obligations.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in games for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through a verifiable technical error will be void and may be recovered from the Player's Account.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with any software forming part of the alanodt6 Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward alanodt6 staff or other Players in any communication channel.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any point, including during registration, KYC, or promotional claim processes.

All content on the alanodt6 Platform — including but not limited to the alanodt6 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and audiovisual elements — is the intellectual property of alanodt6 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of alanodt6.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to alanodt6 regarding the Platform may be used by alanodt6 freely without obligation, compensation, or attribution to the submitting Player.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, alanodt6 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

• alanodt6 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the Platform. Planned maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur. alanodt6 will not be liable for any losses attributable to Platform unavailability.
• alanodt6 is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, mobile network failures, or third-party payment service interruptions — including EasyPaisa or JazzCash service outages — that are outside our reasonable control.
• In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability, alanodt6's liability shall be limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law.
• Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes alanodt6's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

alanodt6 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC — including CNIC details, mobile numbers, and financial information — is used solely for account verification, payment processing, regulatory compliance, and fraud prevention purposes.
• alanodt6 does not sell your personal data to third-party marketing companies.
• Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, licensed KYC verification service providers, and payment processors as required to operate the Platform and meet our licensing obligations.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting [email protected], subject to our legal retention obligations.

alanodt6 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they meaningfully affect Players' rights or obligations — alanodt6 will provide at least 7 calendar days' advance notice via a prominent notice on the Platform and/or by email to registered Players' contact addresses.

• Continued use of the alanodt6 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
• If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure prior to the amendment taking effect. Any real-money Balance will be returned to you following standard KYC verification.
• Minor amendments — such as clarifications, typographical corrections, or updates required by changes in our licensing requirements — may be made without prior notice and become effective immediately upon publication.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which alanodt6 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the alanodt6 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

• Before initiating any formal dispute proceedings, Players must first submit a formal complaint to alanodt6 Support at [email protected]. alanodt6 will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
• Where a complaint cannot be resolved directly between the Player and alanodt6, it may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body designated by our licensing authority.
• Players agree to use this internal complaints procedure before pursuing any external legal remedy.
